How do you send the items I order and how long should my order take to be delivered?

Furry Fascination endeavours to despatch your order between 12-72 hours after your payment has been received, dependant on the items ordered. Items will be despatched via Australia Post or local courier again, dependant on the product ordered. Your order may be shipped in 2 parts also, dependant on what products you have ordered. You will be notified of how your order will be sent after payment.

Do you accept returns and do you give refunds?

Furry Fascination is happy to accept returns for a full refund, minus any postage charges as long as:

  • - The product is in its original packaging and condition
  • - Return postage is to be paid for by you
  • - Refunds will be made only when the product has been returned in full and checked by Furry Fascination

My product is faulty or broken, what can I do?

Furry Fascination strives to deliver to you a product that is in perfect condition. If for some reason it is not working as it should, dependant on the product, we will accept the product back to check if it is a manufacturers fault or user abuse. Only after this check will we offer a refund or replacement.

My cat / dog broke the product, does it come with a warranty?

Cats and Dogs can play rough at times, it is your responsibility that the product is suitable for your cat or dog, and that the toy is put away if appropriate that it is not played with unless supervised. This is more so with cats than dogs. Some of our products do come with a warranty such as the bedding. Please contact us for more details on specific warranties.
